- - Company (Employer): Any individual, organization, or authorized representative utilizing the Platform to evaluate potential candidates for employment.
- - Candidate (Applicant): Any individual invited by a Company to complete an assessment on the Platform as part of a job application or recruitment process.
3. Platform Access and Usage
A. For Companies (Employers)
- - Account Registration and Security: Employers must register for an account to access the Platform. All registration information must be accurate, current, and complete. Employers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
