A. Employer Data Usage:

• - To establish, verify, and maintain employer accounts, and to grant access to Platform functionalities.
• - To facilitate hiring processes, manage assessments, and review Applicant data in line with employer requirements.
• - To communicate relevant Platform updates, account notifications, and policy changes.

B. Applicant Data Usage:

• - To facilitate and record participation in employer-sponsored assessments.
• - To evaluate and generate assessment scores based on predetermined criteria.
• - To communicate assessment-related notifications and feedback, as permitted by the employer.

Evluate does not engage in the sale, leasing, or unauthorized sharing of personal data. Data sharing is strictly limited to the following:

• - With Employers: Applicant data, including assessment results, is accessible only to the respective employer conducting the assessment.
